At Krystal Growth Partners, we strive to support our operating partners with strength in financial management, business strategy, and operations excellence. We take pride in being one of the leading boutique private equity firms in the Vancouver area and are always looking for mid-market businesses with revenues typically between $10 million and $50 million to work with.
Krystal Growth Partners was launched in 2018 through a newly formed partnership between Terry Holland and Lance Neale. Prior to our name change, Krystal Financial was founded by Terry in 2004. Today, Krystal is focused on a broad range of transactions ranging from a 100% purchase, of a business from a founder/owner seeking to exit, to a minority investment in businesses seeking to bring on a partner to help them grow and/or strengthen their business. Core to our approach is a philosophy of partnership, where management, employees, and shareholders all participate in the success of the business in a meaningful way.
Our current investments span a wide range of industries that are all BC based and are focused on expansion.
Krystal Growth Partners plays a vital role in helping our investee companies realize their growth potential. We uncover value by identifying great companies and enhancing their performance by providing patient capital and operating support to strong management teams. Our approach helps our portfolio companies grow core businesses, launch new initiatives, make transformative acquisitions, and upgrade technologies and systems to support their long-term strategy. We do this by providing strategic guidance, financial management, advice around key decisions, and resources to help our management team partners succeed.
