Avery Holland joined Krystal Growth Partners in 2018. In the position of Principal, Avery takes a lead role in evaluating new investment opportunities, managing transaction due diligence and financial modeling, and working closely with our portfolio companies to support their growth. Avery graduated cum laude from Claremont McKenna College in 2012 with a degree in Economics and Finance and the distinction of Robert Day Scholar. Following graduation, Avery moved to New York to join Greenhill as an Investment Banking Analyst where she worked on a wide range of M&A transactions. In 2014, she joined Vestar Capital Partners, a leading middle-market private equity firm, where she focused on private equity investments in the consumer and industrial sectors. In 2016, Avery moved home to Vancouver where she joined Lululemon as a Senior Financial Analyst on the Financial Planning & Analysis team, responsible for planning and managing financial performance for the ivivva brand as well as the brand & community and retail ops departments.

Avery is active in the local M&A community, serving as a Director for the Association of Corporate Growth, British Columbia chapter since 2021.
