Krystal Growth Partners is pleased to announce the acquisition of Terrace Builders Centre and Terrace Carpet Centre (also known as Your Décor) by its portfolio company, Fraser Valley Building Supplies (“FVBS”). The acquisition of these stores increases FVBS’ store count to 8 within British Columbia.
The Terrace Builders Centre store includes a 20,000-sq.-ft. retail area, a 25,000-sq.-ft. warehouse, a garden centre and a 2.5-acre exterior lumber yard with drive-through service. Terrace Builders Centre will offer more than 20,000 products on site, including many RONA exclusive brands. FVBS will also be adding e-commerce to its offering over the next few months, giving residents in Terrace access to thousands of more products on RONA.ca.
Over the next 8-weeks, the Terrace Builders Centre will undergo an interior renovation process and be converted to the RONA banner.
The Your Décor store supplies Terrace and the surrounding region with a wide selection of flooring products including laminate, tile and vinyl flooring. Your Décor is Northern British Columbia’s trusted source for flooring.
Both locations have served Terrace for over 30 years.
Since partnering with Krystal Growth Partners in 2012, FVBS has:
- Grown its revenue four times; and
- Increased store count from 1 to 8, which in addition to the two stores in Terrace include stores in Mission, Abbotsford, Cloverdale, Hope, Nelson and Trail.
