Krystal Growth Partners Announces Acquisition of Joto Imaging Supplies

Krystal Growth Partners (“Krystal”) is pleased to announce that it has acquired a majority interest in Joto Imaging Supplies (“Joto”), partnering with Phil DeSerres, who has joined as President. Phil has over a decade of experience in the art and retail world through his family business, DeSerres Art Store.

Founded in 1989, Joto is the Canadian market leader in B2B distribution of dye sublimation supplies across North America. Sublimation printing is a technology that uses heat transfer to apply an image to the intended substrate, and the process is commonly used for decorating textiles, upholstery, art panels, ceramic items, signs and banners, among other surfaces. Joto is headquartered in Coquitlam, BC with 5 distribution locations across Canada and the US.

“Joto is a market leader in a niche industry with a proven track record of growth and stable margins,” said Terry Holland, Krystal Managing Partner. “We’re excited to partner with Phil to support Joto’s next phase of growth.”
