Krystal Growth Partners Promotes Avery Holland and Brian Lau to Vice President

Krystal Growth Partners (“Krystal”) is pleased to announce it has promoted Avery Holland and Brian Lau to the position of Vice President, effective June 30, 2021.

“This last year has been an extremely successful one for Krystal and we have much on our plate for the year ahead,” said Terry Holland, Managing Partner of Krystal. “Both Avery and Brian have really stepped up and been key contributors to this success, making these promotions both timely and well deserved.”

Prior to joining Krystal in 2018, Avery worked in operational finance roles at lululemon. Avery began her career in New York as an Investment Banking Analyst at Greenhill and later as a Private Equity Associate at Vestar Capital Partners. Avery holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Finance, cum laude, from Claremont McKenna College, where she was a Robert Day Scholar.

Brian joined Krystal in 2019 after working as an Associate with CIBC Mid-Market Investment Banking. Prior to that, Brian worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers in both their assurance and transaction services practices, where he qualified as a CPA, CA in 2015. Brian graduated from the University of British Columbia in 2012 with a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting.
