Williams succeeds Peter Clarke, who will continue to serve as Founder, Board-member, and strategic advisor to the company
With over 15 years of leadership experience in the world class aviation sector of private aviation and airlines, Williams brings a proven track record of driving operational excellence and fostering customer-centric growth. Most recently, he served as COO with AirSprint Private Aviation, where he spearheaded initiatives that enhanced service and safety quality, and operational efficiency. His strategic vision and commitment to team empowerment align seamlessly with Seair’s passion to connect communities and deliver exceptional travel experiences across British Columbia’s coastline.

Williams joins Seair at a pivotal time following Krystal Growth Partners’ acquisition of the company in January 2025. Williams will oversee the company’s operations across its three bases in Richmond (YVR), Vancouver Harbour, and Nanaimo, focusing on expanding scheduled routes, scenic tours, and charter services while maintaining Seair’s legacy of safety and reliability.
