At the time of sale, Carmanah Technologies Corporation (“Carmanah”) was a leading designer and manufacturer of compliant solar and AC powered systems for pedestrian and traffic safety across North America.
The sale of Carmanah to Vance Street Capital is a successful conclusion to Krystal’s 9-year partnership with John Simmons, Geoff Wilcox, and the Carmanah management team. Carmanah will join Polara Enterprises, which Vance Street acquired in December 2021, in Vance Street’s traffic and pedestrian safety ITS platform.
