Foley's Candies
At the time of sale Foley’s Candies Ltd. was the largest chocolate manufacturer in Western Canada and one of the largest in Canada. Based in Richmond, BC, Foley’s had been manufacturing chocolate for over 25 years when Krystal acquired its interest. After five years of a strong partnership, Krystal sold its 30% interest to CEO and majority owner Brian Hurl in April 2011. Brian continued to grow the business and subsequently sold his interest to Yellow Point Equity Partners in 2017.
