Constantine joined Krystal in 2010, bringing with him over 10 years of M&A and financing experience. As a vice president at Krystal, Constantine is engaged in all facets of the investment process, from the origination, evaluation, and closing of new investment transactions to working closely with our portfolio companies' management teams in the areas of capital investment decision making, growth strategy, and operations excellence.
Constantine’s investing experience began early in his career when he worked as a U.S. Equity analyst for the Manitoba Civil Service Superannuation Board, while he was still a student at the University of Manitoba. Constantine has since worked with Scotia Capital’s M&A group in Toronto, Intrawest’s Acquisitions group in Vancouver, and the Vancouver office of BMO Capital Corp., a national subordinated-debt and equity group serving various industries in Canada’s middle market. Constantine also obtained his CFA designation during his time with BMOCC.
A strong believer in supporting the community in which he lives, Constantine previously spent 7 years on the B.C. Crisis Centre’s board of directors and is today involved with the B.C. chapter of the Canadian Manufacturers & Exporters Association as vice-chair of the board.
